Coronavirus Tips You can Depend On
Thanks to the spread of Coronavirus in Antelope Valley, we’re seeing an understandable rise in concern about what’s happening day-to-day. Despite the added stress this pandemic has brought, there are ways for everyone to help limit the impact of coronavirus in Antelope Valley. While staying informed as much as possible, be sure to adhere to the following tips come provided by the CDC and the World Health Organization (WHO), which include but aren’t limited to:
- Wash often: Washing your hands is the easiest and most important way to stay protected. While using a combination of soap and water, follow the CDC recommendation of a minimum of 20 seconds at a time.
- Sanitizer is viable: When washing your hands isn’t possible, you can stick to using hand sanitizer to further your prevention effort. Make sure your sanitizer is at least 60% alcohol to be effective in preventing coronavirus.
- Self-isolation: This has become a must-do for the residents of Antelope Valley. However, the easiest way to adhere to this is to stay home as much as you can. If you do go out, then make sure to maintain a distance of six feet from the closest person.
- Clean the home: The home itself also needs to be clean. As such, make sure to regularly sanitize and disinfect the home. If you’re unsure how to do so correctly, then consult the sanitization protocol established by the World Health Organization.
